Call for Papers

The Resilient HK Challenge is an initiative taking the core of the open innovation model and joining a coalition of innovators and businesses to work together and make Hong Kong a more resilient city in times of crisis and emergency.

From the effects of climate change to inadequate city infrastructure to pandemics and cyber-attacks, cities face a growing range of adversities and obstacles in the modern era.  Resilience is what helps cities survive and transform in the face of these challenges, allowing them to prepare for both the expected and the unexpected.
