Call for Papers

We welcome papers that broadly address the conference themes and issues related to emerging paradigms in human resources management. Contributors are encouraged to initiate new ideas and concepts for discussion. Papers should be based on original empirical research or real-life case studies. Some suggested themes are listed below.

Call for Papers

1. The Abstract is to be written within 1000 words with at most ten keywords. The abstracts must be sent to the given email id (mentioned in contact details) along with the “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM”. 

2. On successful submission of abstracts, an id number will be generated and mailed to the author of the paper. 

3. Kindly use the same id number while filling up the registration form and for any further communication. 

4. Once an abstract is selected, the registration form is to be downloaded, filled and scanned during submission along with the payment of registration fees. To facilitate the peer review process, authors are required to adhere to the following guidelines: The first page would include: 

•Topic of the paper •Name(s) of the author(s) •Name of the Institution •Any Institutional affiliation(s) •Contact details, Email id & Mobile number. 

The second page would include: 

•The Abstract without any name of the author(s) personal identification information. Papers should be typed in TIMES NEW ROMAN 14 with double spacing in MS Word. Necessary sub-headings can be mentioned as per the choice of the author(s). Selected papers would be published in the reputed journal SURVEY (ISSN: 0586- 0008).
