Call for Papers

The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE El Salvador Section. The accepted and presented paper will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. They will also be submitted for indexing to major indexes like Scopus.    

The prospective authors are request to upload paper via Easy Chair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rice2018) only the review shall be intimated as per schedule. The conference offers a platform to researchers, academicians, engineers and end-users of research to formulate new research collaborations through candid discussions during paper presentation and discussion. The conference also offers an opportunity to strengthen existing collaborations for gaining tangible research outputs in short time frame.
