Selected contributions will be selected for possible publication to Internet Technology Letters (Wiley), Physical Communication (ELSVIER), Journal of Information Science (MDPI) and International Journal of Engineering & Technology. The theme of International Conference on Emerging Technologies of Information and Communications (ETIC) 2019 is "East -- West: Connected World". The conference will present two full days of original paper presentations, tutorials, special sessions, keynotes, demonstrations and social events planned to further career openings and the in-depth discussion and understanding of the latest communications advancements worldwide. Tracks Track 01: Fundamentals and PHY Track 02: MAC and Cross-layer Design Track 03: Mobile, Applications and Wireless Networks Track 04: Recent Result Track Special Session Four Special Sessions are organized.
