In the past two decades, we have witnessed changes in the political and socio-economical aspects of all societies across the globe. With the changing demographic composition of students and their distribution geographically, there are noticeable achievement gaps and uneven access to post-secondary education between the privileged and the underprivileged that warrant deliberated education reforms, policy and advocacy. The quest for promoting equity, facilitating access and affirming diversity is of growing concern. This Conference will provide a platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and policy makers from different parts of the world to discuss and address some of these key issues.
