Call for Papers

We will feature 6 inspiring keynotes, who are internationally renowned CHRO’s of well-known, global brands. The previous editions of the conference featured world-class CHRO’s from LinkedIn, Uber, Unilever, Nestlé, ING, WeWork, U.N. World Food Programme, Willis Towers Watson and Metro AG.

Our Masterclasses will take place in “greenhouses”, to honour the Dutch agricultural history, and are a chance for deep learning and collaboration among participants and partners. The list is not over yet! We will hold a Hackathon, a full half-day dedicated to a very interactive session with the involvement of all participants in an agile context, where we will explore the new models of leadership and HR together. The participants will also be able to reserve ‘Round Table Sessions’, allowing them to book individual meetings with keynote speakers and members of the ‘council of wisdom’. The council of wisdom is a group of recently retired CHRO’s, who act as counsellors before and after the conference and can share their knowledge about their journeys through tsunami-like transformations in their corporate careers.
