Call for Papers

All abstracts are to be submitted online. Final forms of presentation can be in any of the following format:-

  1. Oral presentation
  2. Live poster presentation
  3. E-poster presentation
  4. Video presentation

If you plan to submit for ORAL PRESENTATION / LIVE POSTER PRESENTATION / E-POSTER PRESENTATION, please follow the following steps. 

  1. Prepare your abstract in the following format. Maximum number of words is 250 words.
  2. Oral and Poster Abstract submission button is inside your delegate login account.
  3. Complete the details requested under author information.
  4. Key in the written summary you have prepared.
  5. Ensure that all changes, corrections and proof-reading has been carried out before submission.
  6. Click submit.
  7. Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email notifying you that your abstract has been received with your Abstract ID.
  8. Should you wish to edit your abstract, you may login and do so anytime before the abstract closing deadline.
  9. Once the abstract deadline has closed, no more changes will be allowed by the system.
