About ICEE 2019
ICEE 2019 brings together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars from the energy and environment science community to interchange knowledge, to discuss and to disseminate new ideas towards a low-carbon, sustainable future. The conference is organized by the School of Engineering, University of Minho and the School of Economics and Management, University of Porto.

Participants who wish to present a paper should submit their extended abstract online using the EasyChair Conference Management System. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EasyChair to log on.

Conference extended abstracts will be Blind Peer Reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee and/or by other colleagues with strong expertise in the área.
The authors of accepted extended abstracts will then be invited to send the full papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
Conference Proceedings will also be submited to Thomson Reuters for indexing in Thomas Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science) and/or Scopus-Elsevier.
If accepted for publication, the paper must be presented in the Conference by at least one of the authors in an oral or poster session, depending on the number of papers selected. Each author can present a maximum of two papers.
The Conference Committee welcomes both empirical and theoretical contributions. The language of the conference and of all the published papers will be English.
