Proceedings Publication： All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus. ▶ICCT 2021 is listed in IEEE Conference Calendar: https://conferences.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/conferencedetails/52962 Note: Till ICCT2019, all papers have been published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in EI Compendex. ICCT2020 conference proceedings has been included in IEEE Xplore within 2 months after conference. Journal Publication： Accepted and presented papers of IEEE ICCT 2021 will be included into the conference proceedings of IEEE presented at the conference, after further revision. Selected papers will be invited to prepare extended version of a previously-published proceedings paper to journal.
