• Human and Social Simulation
• Simulated for Training and Education
• Modeling and Simulation as a Service
• Simulation for Cybersecurity and Cyber-Physical Systems
• Modeling and Simulation for Effectiveness Evaluation 
• Simulation Verification and Validation
• Simulation in Augmented and Virtual Environments
• Cloud-based and High-Performance Simulation Environments

The conference includes keynote speeches presented by technology and industry leaders, technical sessions, professional development tutorials, as well as vendor exhibits. Scientists, engineers, managers, educators, and business professionals who develop or use M&S methodologies and tools are invited to participate and present original contributions.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference, present their work to their peers, transfer copyright, and pay a conference registration fee at the time their camera-ready paper is submitted. Conference proceedings and may be archived in the ACM and IEEE Digital Libraries (approvals pending), and indexed in DBLP and SCOPUS. (See website for examples.)

Submission of the following types of contributions and/or proposals are also welcome:

-   tutorials (max 2 hours) 

-   Live demonstrations to be given during the conference
