Welcome to Welcome to 2019 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology and Digital Convergence (ICIDB-2019) which will be held on January 18-19 at Paiknam Academic Information Center and Library, Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea.

The conference is to establish an international wide forum for academicians, engineers, researchers, and business professionals to present their excellent ideas, latest innovations, and experiences.

Seoul is the capital and largest metropolis of South Korea. Seoul is ranked as the fourth largest metropolitan economy in the world and is larger than London and Paris. In 2015, Seoul was rated Asia's most livable city with the second highest quality of life globally by Arcadis, with the GDP per capita (PPP) in Seoul being $39,786.
