• Accepted papers can be published in International  Journal of  Engineering and Technology (IJET,  ISSN:  1793-8236), and will be included in Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS),  DOAJ, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, Ulrich Periodicals Directory, Crossref, ProQuest, Electronic Journals Library, Index Copernicus, EI (INSPEC, IET).Or International  Journal  of  Structural  and  Civil  Engineering  Research (IJSCER, ISSN: 2319-6009), and will be included in New Jour (Electronic Journals & Newsletters), Open J-Gate, Index  Copernicus  International, Indian Science, Research BIB Japan. 
• Two outstanding Professors has joined as Speakers. He is Prof. Ignacio Javier Acosta García from School of Architecture, University of Seville, Spain. And another speaker is Prof. Ing. Zby?ek Pavlík from Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic.  
• ICCUE 2019 will be held in Leuven，Belgium 
•  One day visit will be organized on 22th March，2019 in Leuven，Belgium.
