About 2018 CHC S&Q Summit

The 14th annual CHC Safety & Quality Summit will take place in Dallas, Texas from October 2-4, 2018. Each year, CHC’s Safety & Quality Summit attracts representatives from across the aviation and oil & gas industries to share knowledge and best practices around developing and maintaining a robust safety environment. Our theme for the 2018 Summit will be: Building Safety At Every Level: Does this start at the top or with front line employees?

Call for Papers

CHC Helicopter would like to invite you to submit an abstract to be presented at the 2018 CHC Safety & Quality Summit to be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, near Dallas, Texas, October 2-4, 2018. The theme of the Summit will be:

 

Building Safety At Every Level: Does this start at the top or with front line employees?

Each speaker will have a 90-minute session slot during the 3-day event. There is an option to extend sessions to half a day or a whole day, or to repeat session over the course of 3-day Summit.  Depending on the subject matter, the size of the audience can be up to 50 participants or more and some sessions may run more than one day.

Submissions should include:

  • Session Title
  • Session Description/Outline
  • Objectives/Benefits
  • Contact Details

Note:

  • Any type of vendor promotions or marketing pitch will not be accepted

This Proposal Submission Form is for a 90-minute educational session. If you are interested in presenting more than one session, you must complete a separate Proposal Submission Form for each session (unless presentations are identical).

  • Once complete, email the 2018 Proposal to Present: 90-minute Session and handout sample to summit@chcheli.com  by March 30, 2018.
  • Do not password protect any files.
  • Submissions will be selected on basis of content and applicability.

If your proposal is accepted, CHC Helicopter will:

  • Ask you to provide an advanced electronic copy of your handout for attendees
  • Ask you to market your participation to your clients and colleagues
  • Request your audiovisual requirements
  • Require you to register for the conference

Note: All presenters must register for the conference and provide their own travel and lodging expenses unless otherwise discussed.
