Abstracts report the results of original research and must contain either quantitative or qualitative data. Abstracts should be structured with these subheadings: Background; Purpose; Methods; Results; Conclusion. Please indicate whether your submission should be considered for an (a) oral presentation; (b) poster presentation; or (c) either oral or poster. We strongly encourage choice (c) as this provides the most flexibility.

Three- hour workshops may focus on clinical practice, professional development or research skills/techniques/grant writing. Workshops provide opportunities for attendees to gain new knowledge, skills, or expertise in an area relevant to their work. They also promote the exchange of ideas in these areas to enhance the learning of all participants. The most effective and highly-rated workshops are interactive, include a range of perspectives, and employ active learning strategies . Workshops should focus on practical knowledge, skills, or ideas that can be implemented in a variety of settings and programs.
